I don't know this guy...but i think we don't recruit from another countries, if the rules were changed with out me knowing it, well if this was the case, i guess my vote is yes, he seems ok as far as i know. P.S. Dude, i have just one question, how did you found out about our clan, or do you know someone from this clan? P.S...never mind, i just finished reading the other posts, and my vote is yes ,100%.
