 No problem...i have had an ideea,but it has not been realised because we don't have an server and nither an big wish to do something to resolve this problem.Another problem...we have 4-5 great players but we don't play very god in team...maybe because we don't have an god TL.

Ok, I have 100/100 connection (as a spare connection xD), but the pings to rest europe are bad, so maybe for some tactics testing or else there would be some help...
Ive heard that the issue is being talked about anyways so..

Yes, there should be the one guy who has the big picture and tells the whole time where the team should go / where the enemy is probably coming. The sniffing one. Usually shotgun dude. why not somebody else. I have played few matches where there is the "warleader" and it´s a very big difference. It´s comfortable to hear the situation all the time, so this guy shouldnt be shy xD. Also all the guys in the former clans ive been are great in aiming skill and stuff, but that´s not near as half of the whole thing, teamplay and tactics plays alot. I would still like to be in that world. whatever it takes. All clans before have lost their interest in tactics after a while / couple of losses. I really don´t know how to achieve the great teamplay or what should be done to get there but practise as a whole team. So don´t ask me what the tricks are :-), but i sure wanna participate in it...

Also it´s a long road IMHO and the first matches are hard, practice practice practice.. no matter, how many times the score is bad, everytime there is something to pick up and get better.

 We, romanian people ,well, how do I put it, we have a problem with leaders, everybody wants to be one.
 So i have one suggestion , just be prepared to have patience waiting for a true leader with some true leadership skills. Don't get me wrong, but you need someone that tells you what to do without any shouting and screaming, so pick wisely .
