1) Get Steam Account just , you need STEAM running to use
Phoenix extractor......use fake account
https://store.steampowered.com/join/If you have a STEAM account, "real one" I'd adivse using a fake
one unless you want your real account fucked.
This ISO is what this guide is meant for..
*Mafia.II.CLONEDVD-ZHONGGUO*
2) Mount Game ISO with PowerISO or whatever you like....
cough Dameon Tools
3) Load Phoenix SID Extractor v1.3 BETA up
4) Go to Instruments - Update Content Description Record
*Internet (your not really doing anything on the interent )
5) Instruments - SID Unpacker
6) Scan a SIM File - Locate the drive where you mounted the
ISO to.
7) Select All entries in the bottom field and hit unpack
Choose directory and extract (this will be your "game
directory as well (no need for install, just click and play,
if you need a diferent language look for "setup launcher and
should be a language selection)
9) Replace files with the ons located in:
Mafia.II.Crackfix-ZHONGGUO
10) Launch the Game
11) Finally enjoy, tested and working for almost 99.9% people
using it, if not sorry about your luck. Crack is fully 100%
working as well, yes this is the STEAM version but who fucken
cares, it works!

I am unsure if you still need it running after you extract it and
copy over cracked content, just try
Really you just need to mount, extract with Phoenix, place the
directory where you want to play it from, drop the crack fix in,
and PLAY!!!
Yes this is confirmed working and will let you finish the full
game according to some, if you rather not do this, then wait on
on the good ol' boys, Razor1911 or SKIDROW, if you/we get you
know who........... RELOADED, we might be SOL
